Job Description
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with key retail partners. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the market while collaborating with our global team.
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer Outreach
- Develop relationships with new retailers.
- Strong preference for candidates with established connections in T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and other leading retail chains, particularly with the Men’s Bottoms buying teams.
Buyer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers across various retail accounts, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of their needs.
Collaboration with Backend Office
- Coordinate effectively with our Asia-based backend office operating in different time zones to ensure seamless execution of orders and strategies.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the United States and internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit production sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales in Men’s Denims / Non Denims, T.Shirts & Shirts.
- Strong network within the retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate time zone differences.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
